Mentorship

The AUSAA Mentorship Program is a three-month initiative by the Office of Advancement and Alumni Affairs (OAAA) that connects accomplished AUS alumni with fellow alumni to foster meaningful mentorship, professional growth, and lifelong engagement with the AUS community.

By facilitating mentoring relationships, the program empowers participants to develop their skills, expand their professional networks, and gain valuable insights from experienced alumni while strengthening the culture of giving back within the AUS alumni community.

Cycle 3 of the AUS Alumni Mentorship Program will run from September 20 to December 20, 2026. If you are interested in participating, please register by September 1 through the links below.

What Our Mentors Say

Success Story

One of the standout moments from the Fall 2024 pilot phase was the mentorship between Alumnus Mohammad Atallah (CEN, 2019) and Celia Jeesan (CEN, 2023). Mohammad mentored Celia through a tailored growth plan, providing insights on career progression and industry-specific strategies. Just weeks after their mentorship sessions, Celia successfully secured a Technical Project Management Intern role! This success showcases the profound impact of the program, where mentorship fosters career growth and empowers students to take meaningful steps in their professional journeys.
